This means setting the direction, sourcing and specifying the materials that bring it to life, implementing and tracking progress against it, and providing the ongoing expertise to keep it moving, whether that’s a corporate sustainability team or the architects, engineers, and contractors building a project.

I've worked across a range of industries, including deep experience in food and beverage and CPG at, along with pharma, technology, manufacturing, utilities, oil and gas, and the built environment, helping teams translate strategy into what's actually relevant for their sector and supply chain.

1. Climate & Sustainability Strategy
I help companies develop climate strategies that respond to real, specific pressure, from customers, investors, suppliers, or regulators.
Common reasons companies reach out:
A customer or investor asking for SBTi-aligned targets, a B Corp recertification requiring a climate transition plan, or new reporting obligations under CSRD or California's climate disclosure laws.

I work on the materials and sourcing side of sustainability, helping teams source and specify lower-impact ingredients, packaging, and materials, from food products to construction, and work directly with the suppliers, engineers and designers to bring those choices to life

3. Strategy Implementation & Tracking
A strategy is only as good as its execution. I stay involved after the roadmap is set, turning plans into action and building the systems to track progress against them.

- Execution: internal and external stakeholder engagement and strategy refinement, drafting standards and policies, contract negotiation, bringing in the right subject-matter experts (e.g., energy efficiency auditors) at the right time.
